This 7,500 SF, single story residence in Miami is a refined expression of luxury and architectural clarity. The home features four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an executive office thoughtfully organized to separate expansive social spaces from the bedrooms. The project was designed as an open-plan living environment, enhanced by double-height volumes and floor-to-ceiling glazing that invite natural light and create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. A restrained material palette and clean geometries reinforce a contemporary aesthetic while maintaining spatial continuity. The private bedroom suites, including the master bedroom were designed as a tranquil sanctuary with refined detailing. Designed with entertaining in mind, the main living room opens up to the large terrace and pool area cabana allowing for large parties to gather and enjoy the space from inside-out.
